What is Elecorp's managed service?
Managed curation service verticle is a paid service platform which will cater the clients who want experts to take care of their company’s corporate gifting requirement. This vertical will assign an account manager to each client who will take care of everything from finding products, getting mock design prepared, arranging for pre-production sample, getting the product approved to placing the final order.
What if I don’t like the sample or pricing?
Elecorp won’t process anything without the consent from clients. Samples delivered to the clients are free of cost or on a return basis unless it’s an oversees or pre-production one.
What if the quality of products I get is not up to my expectation?
Reimbursement for the defective pieces or replacement if the products are not as per the pre-production sample or stated by you.
How and when do I pay?
All the payment options are available to the clients, choose as per your convenience.
